Rod created ADL following 25 years of permanent employment working at all levels with technology teams from Developer to Group CIO and is experienced in Software/Platform Engineering, Digital, Data, Transformation, Strategy and Agile Change/Project management.
The Insurance and Financial Services sectors have been prevalent throughout his career.
