We aim to be as flexible as possible with our pricing and terms to find a way that fits well with your business structure and budget management.

If any of the example models below don't quite work for you then we are happy to explore other options to make the engagement as frictionless as possible.

No minimum commitments are required; hence, making it easy for you to switch our services on and off whenever you like.

Engagement models

Pay-as-you-go

We will keep a record of the time we spend working for you and bill you in hourly units.

We are available across the weeks, months and years without charging your for weeks, months and years.

This makes attending meetings, answering calls/emails, reviewing / writing documents etc more achievable without having to work to committed and specific days.

Cost/time-boxed

This model works well when you have a fixed time and/or budget to work to. We agree a scope and budget up-front and then work with you in an open and flexible way to review progress.

If the work can be done quicker and cheaper than estimated then the upside is all yours.

Reviews & due-dilligence

The are typically delivered using the following models with invoices submitted after the deal is closed or terminated.

High-level assessment to help you make an informed decision at low cost and quickly.

Medium-level assessment to ensure good practices are being followed but without doing deeply technical reviews.

Low-level assessment where we do a deep dive in code, configuration, project plans, security etc.

Recurring

When providing recurring services for performing CIO/CTO, coaching, mentoring and advisory roles we offer the option for you to pay for blocks of days, weeks or months if it helps you management your budgets, engage with procurement etc.
